Engagement Fees
I enjoys luncheon talks, emcee and workshops for meetings. For keynote speeches (excluding expenses – i.e. lodging, travel, etc), call to discuss. I would love to speak or participate at your convention, retreat, break-out training sessions and workshops.
I offers full & half-day onsite as well as virtual training sessions for real estate agents who want to a fresh look at their approach to preparing a home for the market, tuning up their sales approach or understanding relocation roles and referrals. While my expertise comes from years of real estate and relocation management experience I have proven techniques from owning and running my home staging and interior redesign business over the last 14 years. My insight allows me to connect more authentically and effectively with the audience. I try to interlaces relevant content, style & humor, physical performance and the client’s interest into a thoughtful, meaningful, and interesting presentation.
Upon submitting your Engagement Request Form, I will review it and provide an Engagement Price and contract via email. Upon receipt of agreement, and your confirmation, a deposit of 1/2 of the Engagement Price will be due. Deposit and Balance payments can be made by clicking on the “Make a Payment” link in the “Engagement” menu option at the top of the page. I will schedule your event upon receipt of your deposit.
