I’ve discovered that some of the very basic principles in real estate are the ones that generate the best results. One of the best programs that assist sales associates with building their business is a sleeper program called, The Success Triangle. This program teaches basic tools that can be used in any selling situation. As a trainer and coach, I see the potential and production in Sales Associates who complete this program – they excel in areas that work for them individually and that helps them to shine!

If you’re in real estate long enough you learn to appreciate various aspects of the business. The Relocation Industry is one of those specialized fields that offer a particular brand of service. If a broker has a relocation department, building relationships and providing exceptional real estate service to their clients is the key to success. It’s a winning combination for brokers and their sales associate.

There’s something magical when a house becomes a home for someone. Whether you are listing or selling a home, Realtors® have been a part of the “home preparation” process for years. When home staging emerged in the 70’s, it gave a label to one of the necessary tasks that dresses a home for success. However, there are three perspectives that should be considered…at least there should be. We’ll explore each option during our home consultation. One thing is certain, when a home is staged, marketed properly and priced well, it will sell in a shorter amount of time for the best value possible.
